We got back from the Killaloe Christmas trip yesterday. The driving weather was perfect both ways which was lovely. There were a lot of stops before we got going but we still made good time. We stayed at Jess' place. This made things a million times easier for us since we had the dogs. Thanks Jess. She is such a wonderful host. The first night was pretty chill. We enjoyed Thai soup and the strange Wake Up Dead Man on Jess' projector! The acting was great (especially Craig and Close) but the story wasn't as good as the previous Knives Out films. Good but not great. โญโญโญยฝ Also a cold dog walk under the incredible no-light-pollution stars of Barry's Bay. incredible!
Saturday we had early Christmas dinner at Bdot's Moms. First however was the Killaloe Christmas parade. It was particularly good this year. It was pretty cold, so we were happy to get inside and get warm. Sadly her brother was sick and could not make it. It was a fun night. I don't associate the house with much laughter but something was released that night. Stupid things led to fits of laughter. The glorious ham glaze. The floppy fish. Dinner was great. I love spiral ham!
Saturday night we had some rejuvenating sauna time with the light fairies. There was a meteor shower, but, of course, it was overcast. SIGH. On the drive home we tried stopping for an all-day breakfast - but in spite of the massive OPEN sign and google thinking it was open...it was not. *frown*
POP OS LTE is solid so far. I can't seem to get extensions working unsupported unsupported unsupported unsupported... but... whatever. Small potatoes. Core functionality is great.

After six failed seasons, the Sabres have FINALLY got rid of Keyvn Adams. The new GM is Jarmo Kekรคlรคinen. *shrug* More of the same?

Huh... Larian (big RPG Gaming Studio) could easily have just made BG4 (and probably tons of cash) but they instead are pursuing fleshing out their own IP (Divinity) into their biggest title yet. Wow... sure hope they meet their expectations because it sounds insane. (bigger than BG3 and MORE player agency!)
